Simon B Andriychuk joined the firm in 2016 and works in the closing department. His duties include handling and assistance with respect to all real estate transactions, including due diligence and contracts. In addition, he assists the firm with land use and zoning matters, including interaction with local and state specialists and governmental and municipal authorities in connection with environmental, planning and development issues and permitting and variances processes. Simon is a former attorney from Ukraine. After graduation from Law Faculty of Academy of Commerce, he practiced corporative and contractual law and commercial litigation. Simon has a degree in paralegal studies at Suffolk County Community College. He has worked as a legal assistant for the Law Office of Tor J. Worsoe, Jr in Holtsville, NY and the Law Office of Stephen L. Ukman in Southampton, NY.
